Site Manager

8) Manage real projects with Site Manager

Site Manager helps you track an actual job site after quotation or invoice creation.

What Site Manager tracks

Project overview

Client, site location, project status, coverage, estimated duration, labor amount, and project notes.

Workers

Worker names, roles, rates, attendance, payments, advances, loans, balances, and subcontract records.

Materials

Material purchases, quantities, suppliers, receipts, material photos, and material balances.

Client funds

Labor funds, materials funds, client payments, balances, and money still owed by the client.

Project planning

Site Manager can estimate project duration using project coverage, daily output, active installation crew, and filling or finishing days. Helpers and grouting/filling workers are handled separately so the duration estimate is more realistic.

These are planning estimates. Real project records update as you add attendance, payments, advances, materials, and site evidence.
Workers

9) Track workers, attendance, and payments

The Workers section helps contractors keep proof of who worked, who was paid, and who is still owed.

Worker records can include

  • Worker name and phone number.
  • Role, such as installer, helper, grouting helper, subcontractor, or support worker.
  • Pay type: daily, weekly, per meter, fixed, per room, subcontract, or other.
  • Attendance: present days and absent days.
  • Payments made to the worker.
  • Advances or loans.
  • Still owed balance or amount worker owes contractor.
  • Subcontract agreement details where applicable.
Client Funds

10) Track client payments and money balances

Site Manager separates client funds so you can see how money was received and used.

  • Labor fund: money received from the client for labor.
  • Materials fund: money received for buying materials.
  • Other fund: transport, food, tools, accommodation, or other purposes.
  • Client owes contractor: balance still required from the client.
  • Spent by contractor: recorded worker payments and materials spending.
This helps avoid confusion between money received from the client and money paid out to workers or suppliers.
Reports

11) Create evidence reports

Tiler Quote can generate reports that help show project records clearly.

Project evidence report

  • Client funds received.
  • Labor accountability.
  • Material purchases.
  • Receipt photos and material photos.
  • Client payment evidence where attached.
  • PDF report and SHA-256 verification file.

Worker evidence report

  • Worker details and role.
  • Attendance records.
  • Payments, advances, and balances.
  • Subcontract agreement details.
  • PDF report and SHA-256 verification file.
Keep original receipts, payment messages, photos, and written agreements together with the generated PDF reports.
